Very Basic skills to present

Initial part Greeting and Introduction Name, Position Topic, Outlines (contents), Timing, Procedures The title of today’s talking is ~ I’d like to talk about ~~ Today’s talking is split into four main parts. I’m planning to spend about 15min. for the presentation. If you have any question, feel free to stop me at anytime during my presentation. I’d be glad to take some questions at the end.

Simple example As most of you know, I’m kang. Today, I’d like to talk about routing issues in MANET. As some of you already know, MANET stands for Mobile Ad-hoc Net. Especially, I’m going to focus on the scalability and reliability in such a net. During my talking, you can make any questions you want, just interrupt me. Recommendations In my humble experiences… Practice everyday Say, think in English Catch up the concept of thought of native speaker as soon as possible, as much as possible Don’t translate Korean into English directly Use simple words, sentences, expressions Have widely used expressions as much as you can Speak slowly, clearly Everybody knows we are not a native speaker. Well organized structure of a sentence with a little bit bad pronunciation is much better than a bad one with good pronunciation. The best and the most important thing is Have fun, make motivation, just not for making job
